Online return

My order status says Returned and Paid, but I did not receive a Return Confirmation email, and my refund has not been issued. It’s also not reflected in my point status. I’ve called Customer service twice, and they keep insisting it’s been refunded, and there is nothing else they can do. I checked with my credit card company and the refund has not been issued. What do I do now?

Please send me a private message with your order number or you can contact us privately through Facebook, Instagram or X. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
