Online orders cancelled

Hello,

Has anyone experienced their online orders being cancelled by Sephora?  This has happened to me 6 times. There is no issue with my credit card. I called and messaged customer support multiple times. Issue is not resolved. They said they would email me with status updates, and no emails received. The customer service agent said she has seen this before. Thank you!

I already called customer service and chatted with someone online. I contacted you twice, and it has not been resolved. Please check my profile and account. There must be an issue with your system verification.
