Online order was missing free gift and samples

I recently received a $200 order and my free samples were missing from it. I also added a free gift and that was missing as well. This is the second order in a row that this has happened on.

Online chat also always seems to be unavailable when I try to reach customer service. Why isn't there an option to join a queue for online chat?

I just received my order a well and no samples.  Honestly even if they run out of what I selected something is better than nothing.

It has been over a year since I received any samples! I thought it was because of Covid…
