Online order got canceled

I have placed orders at Sephora.com recently, every order got cancelled after Sephora received my order. The reason is Sephora can’t confirm my payment. But my credit card has a pending record there, it has been approved, then Sephora reverted it by canceling my orders. It happened again and again, called customer service, they only can submit my orders for review, not help!
