Online order cancelled without notification

I made an order over $1k just last week and it went through no issues. Last night, I placed an order for 3 items and had included a lot of samples & freebies. I received an email confirmation on my order and when I went to check my account this morning as it was giving me issues last night it showed as cancelled. I’m a little confused as I never canceled my ordered or receive notice of this being actioned on my account, I see the transaction pending in my bank account so hoping someone can assist in ensuring my order goes through! Just find it odd that I just made an order a couple of days ago and now I’m not able to.

The order a representative placed for me got cancelled as well. And now I have 2 pending transactions for cancelled orders. Literally such an inconvenience to your customers who are willing to spend money but not being able to get the services/products without having to go through all the hassle.
