Online Pick Up Order Out of Stock Charge

So I bought two items online for pick up in store, but one of the items ended up being out of stock. Yet, I still got charged for the item, and haven't received any refunds. How can I get refunded for the missing item?

@candybar1101, my apologies! The original authorization amount should reverse within 1-7 business days and you will only see the final settled charge, which will be adjusted due to the cancelled item. 

 

It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.
