One to one FaceTime makeup tutorial

Hi. I'm new to eye makeup and I live in northern Ontario Canada, so there are no Sephora stores near by. I've watched many you tube tutorials but I really need a live one to one session. Is this available through Sephora?? Also, I made an order Oct 15th but its still being processed. Any idea how long until it ships? Thanks🤗🤗🤗

If you are going to be on holiday somewhere in the near future I would make an appointment at a Sephora in the area you are going to be in and you can do this through the site or call in. If you are going international you can also check out our global sites page.
