One time transaction

Hello,

My reselling business recently purchased through an authorized supplier a lot of face cream that it will not be able to resale as planned.  It is looking to liquidate this inventory at a discount to cost.  I noticed Sephora currently carries this product in stock.  Is it possible to carry-out one time transactions with Sephora, business to business?  I have tried through Range Me, but this platform seems to be designed for Brand Owners, which I am not.
