Once again another issue with my Beauty Insider points.

Hello,

I'm posting this here in hopes of getting help after getting no reply through email. On November 14th I went to my local Sephora store and made a purchase. When I went up to the register I gave my beauty insider card, as I always do, and that was that. The problem is that when I logged into my account today, my points have not been updated and the products I purchased do not appear in my purchases list. Unfortunately, this has already happened to me once in the past and I really don't understand why. It was quite a big purchase and I wouldn’t like to lose the points that I could have received. It's truly such a headache and I'd hate to bother anyone with this, but I was wondering if there is any way in which you could help me solve this problem. Sorry and thanks in advance.
