For the 3rd or 4th year in a row I am out a Birthday gift because I am born in December.

Not even 250 bonus points are available, which I dont know how thats possible considering they aren't an actual item....

I get that this is a bonus, but why even offer this program if you don't plan enough for the people at the end of the year?

At least Ulta offered me killer Birthday hook ups like $10 off, 2x points, AND A GIFT FROM NARS!

Shame on Sephora for YEARS now.....

I reached out to customer service and they just said "we've been sold out for a while, try a store."

Which, I have tried my local stores...they're all sold out too. So I guess in SOL.
