OnTrac

Anytime onTrac is used, my package is delayed. They’re unreliable and suck. I would strongly suggest Sephora change services or stick with ups. Ordered on 12/13 and today is 12/19. I’m still waiting. Keep in mind, I’m Rouge, so it should be two day service. Not happy at all!
