OnTrac sucks

I hate OnTrac. I'm assuming their delivery services are cheap, which is why companies like Sephora and Amazon are partnered with them. I try to avoid buying stuff from Sephora online event though I'm a vib rouge (unless I'm super lazy to physically go to the store) because most of my packages come from OnTrac and their deliveries are very inconsistent. Apparently a package was delivered to my home today but there was nothing there. OnTrac is famous for deliverers who mark packages as delivered when they never were. Either the package comes a few days later or they never deliver and steal it. So dumb. I really don't understand why companies are still using OnTrac. I like fedex and usps way better.
