OnTrac shipping Delays?

Was just curious if there are any unexpected shipping delays. Typically it states if there are delayed delivery times which it does not state that as reason. It might be expected this time if the year. I just wanted to check on my order that was supposed to be door delivered yesterday. Typically it’s here by noon like clock work & I’ve never had a late or missed delivery. It shows my package just sitting in a transfer station or at least it has not updated. I ordered on the 4th Dec. If I could get some feedback help on this particular order that would be fabulous. Thank you all so very much! Happy Holidays🎄

Was just checking up on my order again. You haven’t gotten back to me. That particular did not arrive today either. If I could find out where my order is at or if they are re-sending another one I would appreciate it. Thank you.
