OnTrac failed to deliver package as reported

Agree with many previous customers that Sephora needs to stop using OnTrac for delivering purchases due to their unreliability and failure to deliver packages as promised.  I ordered a couple hundred dollars of items during the VIB sale and OnTrac falsely reported package as "delivered."  I reviewed footage from my home security system from said delivery date/time and there is no evidence of a delivery as reported.  I've also taken all steps to ensure package is not elsewhere on my property, checked with my neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to their homes, and waited for a period of time and I still have not gotten my package.  While I appreciate the 2 day free shipping Rouge offers, I'd much rather wait another day or two and have my package mailed with a more reputable company which actually delivers purchased items.  Sephora, please stop using OnTrac for delivery of our purchases!
