OnTrac Shipping

Is there any way that it can be noted in my account to NEVER have my orders ship through OnTrac? They never fulfill their delivery commitments shown on their website and aren’t always able to deliver to my apartment. When they are able to deliver to my apartment they don’t even take my package to my door, they leave it at one of the entrances. I was tracking one of my orders this morning and they show a delivery commitment of end of day TODAY. I called them as the shipping status does not show that it is out for delivery and she said that the package missed processing and will not be delivered until tomorrow. So much for 2 day shipping😔

Hi @spokanecf, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with OnTrac and I will be sure to share your feedback with our Shipping Department so we can continue to improve our service. In the meantime, we do not currently have a way to choose which shipping carrier you have, other than if you would like your orders to ship via USPS, you can select that for each order. Sorry about that!
