OnTrac Multiple Missing Packages

Just had three packages go missing from OnTrac (one original, then a replacement for the first missing package and an additional package I ordered before I knew more about the delivery service).

I did some research, had an investigation for each package done by the delivery service and am 95% sure the delivery service stole the packages.

If anyone else has used OnTrac please be cautious. I know a lot of us (including me) take a big hit by trying to invest in taking care of our skin with nice products just for them to go missing...

I have only had one package stolen in my life (when I was living in NYC) and now live on a quiet street in the PNW... I never post things like this, but I really feel like people should be aware of this company and urge Sephora to stop using them for deliveries.

I live in Eugene, a college town in Oregon and unfortunately I’ve had regular issues with USPS too. OnTrac is probably the worst but USPS isn’t it either. Both have just left packages on the doorstep of the entry to my apartment complex or put it in the wrong mail box. Either way I’m screwed. They’re supposedly delivering my order today and I made a point to stay home until they do.

Same thing happened to me! It looks like all OnTrac packages for Sephora have gone missing because they know it contains valuable stuff. I called to escalate an investigation with the driver but doubt I’ll hear back. Just keep pressing. I wish Sephora would stop using them as a delivery service.
