OnTrac Lying about delivery??

My tracking information shows that my package was delivered at my front door, however the package is no where to be found anywhere around the house...

I've done some research on OnTrac deliveries and seemed to me that they are not really adequate in delivering packages or in customer support.

Anyone got that issue too? And if you have the same situation happened to you, did Sephora refund or resend your order?

This is happening to me right now. They lie on their status updates. I am a student, so I was home all day waiting. In the status updates, it said that it was received at the package facility at 8:41 am, and it said this all day, up to after 8 pm. After 8pm, someone had added that it was out for delivery at 8:40, a minute before it was supposedly received at the package facility and then delivered at 1:42 pm. This never happened. I am still waiting for my order. I tried calling Ontrac and I was just waiting on hold, haven't even talked to anyone yet, for over 15 minutes. I emailed Sephora, they gave me a bull automated response. Still waiting to hear back from the Ontrac email I sent. And what is worse, this has happened to me before.

Sephora needs to change carrier and forget about on track.

my parcel has been sitting in the Phoenix warehouse since 8/28 and today is 9/1.

I live in fountain hills, not far from Phoenix and was told that there are delays because there  are fires around Phoenix.

I starting laughing on the phone and told the customer that she had better come up with a better

because there are NO fires around Phoenix that the delivery vans had to get around.

I now have 2 others parcels sitting in their warehouse that were supposed to be delivered by today.

what is Sephora going to do about lousy customer service.
