OnTrac Delivery

I made a order few weeks ago and the original estimated date of delivery was Nov 29. Delivery finally went out on Dec 2 and the latest update I see on the website is "out for delivery" on 12/2 and ETA 12/2 "end of day." It is now Decemebr 4, and I still don't see any updates or have recieved my order. This is getting pretty frustrating, especially because I cannot expect when I will be receiving my order. I called the Sephora customer service earlier today and she could not get a hold of the shipper. She said she would request them a call back to my number, but I still haven't received anything yet. I also called the OnTrac customer service and they could not provide me any information on ETA or the status of my order, so they also put in a request for the shipper to call me, which never happened as well. This is really frustrating and I see a lot of posts and comments of people having the same issue with OnTrac and some of them didn't even get to receive their order at all. I really want a refund at this point, but I know it is not possible until it is confirmed that my order is lost or not delivered. So basically, no one can provide me the status of my order or give me information other than putting in a request for the shipper to call me, which I'm not even sure if it's actually going to happen or not, based on how many that are complaining about not being able to get in contact with their OnTrac shipper. How do I assure that my package is actually going to be delivered anytime soon? Please let me know. Thank you.
