On trac shipping review

Has anyone experienced significant delays with On Trac? Not sure why Sephora continues to contract with this carrier given that they consistently miss the two day delivery window with the $15 VIB shipping .. unacceptable in my view and would rather buy the same products elsewhere if I have to.

✋🏼yes!! i made 2 orders, the second one is said to arrive tomorrow! and my first order wont arrive until the 23rd, but I'm leaving for vacation that same day and needed the items I purchased in my first order. So disappointed! Sephora should have changed carriers, and put their customers first. so ridiculous
