“On its way”

My order was expected to be delivered feb 28th 2021. Then there was a snow storm and my order tracking switched to “on its way” and said that info would be updated when arriving at the shipping facility. It’s now Feb20th and no change. Sephora chat is no longer available even though it’s within their stated hours and I emailed this morning and still nothing . I can’t get in contact with anyone. I’ve never had trouble with Sephora shipping before and I’m sure this is on the shipping company’s end but really customer service?! Can we get this figured out? I just want to know if my order is coming or got lost.
