On Trac

I recently had a situation w/ on trac.  Bottom line my package never arrived. They stated it was delivered even though their web site still says out for delivery. 

i hope hope hope my order makes it. There’s no way for us to know who’s shipping our packages until they’re shipped. 

please stop using on trac.

@ddebb I'm not able to reply to your PM, as they are not enabled on your side. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser. It looks like this order has just shipped and is still in transit to you. Please reach back out if you have any trouble with delivery.

FYI:  Apparently the pm’s are no longer active period. That’s what I was told via customer service. Anyhow…my package arrived!  Thank you and how long am I going to be considered a new comer?  I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years! Thx.
