Old Pat McGrath $125 mistake....

ok, i usually dont do this. But i am going to do this today, cuz i am PISSED! I got the Mothership II and got I. The packaging and eyeshadow case is gorgeous, but I i never wanted I. I would even take III. Now II is out of stock and i am left with no Pat McGrath Palette. They returned me money as store credit (i used gift card in the first place) but representative also trusted me to return the 1st one (i got prepaid shipping label). Literally having I for someone who wants it and someone has II, that i wanted badly. Frustrating! Such a horrible mistake for $125!!! I didnt swatch the palette, so i dont know the pigmentation, but they do look gorgeous! This type of mistake for this kind of money is unacceptable! And for this whole all deal they should have let people keep the wrong palettes they sent out, with the MONEY REFUNDED. No i am not entitled, but this is ridiculous beyond point at this moment. We are beauty junkies and this is beauty community where LIMITED means GET ASAP. And we wanted to have LIMITED, not the wrong item nor it being out of stock because of your mistake. Now i need to drive to USPS and send the palette back, accommodate Sephora`s needs while i literally got nothing, except good customer service trying to fix it (kudos to them)...But unless i got my palette II for free or was allowed to keep I, i think i may shop somewhere else for the time being. Cuz this really broke my hear as VIB rouge that was loyal all these years....Sephora recently made a lot of mistakes that i have forgiven and closed my eye on...cant let this one go tho....

I feel you dude, same thing happened to me. I would have been fine if I accidentally got the III but Mothership I was boring and too cool toned. 😞
