Olaplex hair oil

I ordered the Olaplex hair oil and within 2 weeks of using it I have had clumps of hair near my temples fall out, along with it my hair has become so brittle and dry that it’s snapping off even when I’m brushing it gently.

I have bald patches on both sides of my head now and can’t even wear my hair up:(
