Oh that's a bad idea

Some feedback about the chat help. 

My order has been processing for days. So i jumped on chat to check. A. it was super slow. B (and here is the bad idea) The rep sent me a link to two faced christmas products to "check out" while I was waiting on her to see what was up with my order. 

 

Seriously? I am asking why my order is taking so long and while you make me wait as you check you spam me ? try to sell me stuff? Not her fault, I am sure she is told to do this but, not a good look. I left the chat.
