Offline purchase I didn't make

I received an email for an offline purchase I didn't make. The payment method is a card I do not have, and my only card ever registered in my account was indeed not charged either. 

 

What is spooky is that the store is physically kind of close to me. What's more, I just made an online order a few hours ago, and the item bought is very very similar to one of the things in my order. Tried to reach out to customer service but they said they can only deal with online orders, and that I should reach out to the store. 

 

I've deleted my card from my account and changed my password to a strong password.

 

Before I go to the store tmr, can anybody help me with this? Or has this happened to anybody? Thanks!

@wzhao, I'm sorry to hear this and I'm happy to look into this further. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
