I’m so tired of receiving an email for a bonus offer set, in this case it was the olaplex set and immediately going to the app to order and receive the offer, then every time receiving the message that is expired or no longer available…. WHAT A SCAM!!!!

this has happened when I was a rouge member every time and now again beginning while I’m a VIB

 I tried ordering within the hour maybe less.  Perhaps you can see that from your end; when the order was placed and remains in my cart- I was so bothered by this misleading email.

I’m sorry but I have no idea what you’re talking about.  I’m receiving and responding the app.  Is that not the correct place?
