Octoly Partner, My Review Isn’t Being Appoved. Why?

I am in a group with a few other Octoly (Sephora partner) members and our reviews are not being approved by Sephora. Despite being sent in over a week ago and again a few days ago. Other reviews on the same product are being approved. They are due in a couple days. It will affect my account standing with Octoly if I cannot submit my review. I’ve reached out to Sephora, Octoly and the brand of the product I am reviewing. Neither Sephora nor Octoly has responded. What’s going on?
