October Play Box

I’m not normally one to complain about my play box. After all, it’s 10 bucks but this month was especially disappointing. We get a sneak peek of two items (one is a staple and one I’ve never tried so either would have been great) and then I get my box and I get neither. Also, I received two foundations. Banana is too dark to highlight with and too yellow for someone with fair skin and I got the MUF matte velvet in a shade about 20 shades darker than the lightest shade. Way too dark for me! It says it’s picked for our profile but mine says fair and that’s not even close to their fairest so I’m thinking they don’t actually customize. Is there anything that can be done? Exchange? Anything? Cause I would’ve rather not paid 10 bucks for primers and a cleanser..
