ORDER STATUS: UNSUCCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION

Hi,

I've placed an order of $75.9 with my debit card on 18th Dec and received a confirmation email and my bank account has been charged right away. Now, I checked its status became unsuccessful authorization. I confirmed my billing address and my card must be alright because my other order on 20th Dec was received. But I did not receive any email about my orders being canceled. What is happening? Why is my money charged right away but the order is being canceled??How can I get a refund? This is my first time purchasing at Sephora and I don't know what to do. And i will leave us this month, it's really urgent. Please help. For your information my order code #8339153865.
