ORDER STATUS: UNSUCCESSFUL AUTHORISATION

Hi! I placed an order on 18th December and I received confirmation email right away. But then it got cancelled due to unsuccessful authorisation without sending any email. I logined to check the order and found that it was cancelled. Then I placed another order again with the same CC and it was cancelled again! I tried the third time with another CC and billing address, but it was still cancelled due to same reason. I have been using the same CC and billing address for months and it has been working fine. I don't understand why all my recent orders got cancelled due to unsuccessful authorisation. I called my bank to check and they said my CC works fine. Can somebody help, please?
