ORDER NOT PLACED but STILL CHARGED

I placed a 90 dollar order online two days ago but nothing was processed. I thought time was needed to place the order but that clearly wasn't the case because my credit card was charged, and everything was still in my basket. Now one of the things that was supposed to be in my order is now out of stock. I have screenshots with the time. I see so many people in the same shoes as me contacting customer service and not getting though and I just hope someone can help me out here.

Hi @TiannaW.  If you see an item you recently ordered is out stock, that won't affect your order. What you see is the current inventory of the item. If an item is out of stock at the time we fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation notice via email. Hope this clarifies!

I'm sorry I don't think you get my problem. I was charged for an order that was not successfully placed. I don't care about getting the product anymore and just want my money back.
