ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND

Today I made my fist purchase here, Sephora send me an email saying: "This order is cancelled because of Unsuccessful Authorization, so I place another order."

But I find that the order has been successfully paid, because the amount in my bank account is lower. Would you please help me to check what is happening? I'm afraid of losing my money!!!

P.S: I made payment through paypal from Mexico and sending my order to Georgia, USA.
