Now I'm sad!!

So after complaining my order is now being shipped! Thanks! But what I'm not getting in my order is the promo code peachy and I never did get my points for ordering this stuff? Are they going to send me something different in its place sense it's out of stock?? That promo was one of the only reason I bought other stuff to try so I could get it!
