November 4 order still not shipped

I placed an order early in the morning on November 4th for the rouge sale and it still hasn't shipped. It's well passed the 2-4 shipping delay as it's now been an entire week and still no shipment. It shouldn't take this long to simply process and ship an order, even if it was during the sale. Other people who ordered on the same day as me have received their packages already which is leading me to believe there has been an error with mine. My visa was charged so I'd like to know the status on my order and shipment ASAP.

If the charge on your card went through (not just pending) than you are good. I paced my order on November 3D around 5AM. Pretty big order too. I finally got a message that it was shipped last night. It is out for delivery today. I think you should be getting yours very soon
