Nov 2019 VIB sale code not working

The VIB code keeps telling me I need to be logged in. I e signed in, logged out and signed in again. Tried the app and a desktop and nothing works. What’s going on!?!?

I'm getting the same error, and I don't understand how it "ended", considering the flyer says 11/9-11/12.

That can’t be right, I have an email saying the VIB sale is from 11/9-11/12 it was also posted on the website. Also in stores yesterday I was told it was Good all weekend instores and online. This is confusing.

yes, when I was at the store yesterday, they didn't mention that Rouge members weren't eligible. what's the point of being the highest tier if you can't partake in the sale at the same time as everyone else?
