Not shipping orders

Has anyone received an order in April? Reading comments is very discouraging,  I have never been left hanging this long.  I'm wondering if I need to try to canel my order.

I see rrps saying they will PM people but posting where everyone could see what's going on at this point would be better.

Most of us are loyal customers and deserve to know what's up.

I honestly don't believe they are shipping anything. I had to get an order refunded because I thought it was lost. I was told that my order was delayed because they had actually sold out of the items I ordered and it hadn't shipped yet. BUT. I was emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and was able to track that package that went from one state to another. SO either they lied about it not shipping and it did ship and just got lost, OR they lied about ever shipping it at all and gave me a false confirmation and tracking # which makes me wonder what it was I was actually tracking.

Either way, I have completely lost trust in Sephora.
