Not satisfied

I placed an order, never received it. I spoke to someone at Sephora and they told me because the amount is $326 they cannot refund me nor resend my items, so what am I supposed to do? This isn’t my fault that it wasn’t delivered to me but I’m being punished by not being refunded or to get back my items. This is ridiculous, I’ve been shopping with Sephora for so many years!
