Not resolving fraud purchase

On the 23rd I received a confirmation for an order pickup of an expensive perfume in New York. I was definitely in Vegas on a work trip that week. 
I immediately called Sephora and they said they’d credit me back plus points, they’d remove my credit card, and asked me to change my password. 
I did my part and changed the password but to date (31st) nothing has been done about the purchase I never made. 
Thus is not right.
