Not recognizing gift card. 7 digits

I have a gift card id like to use. The pin number is 7 digits long though and Sephora's website did not recognize it. It is a gift card from Sephora. Any ideas on how to solve?

Hi there Is this a classic or eGift card from Sephora? Or is this a 3rd party gift card, that you can purchase at local stores @Anonymous. You can always call us at 1-877-SEPHORA if you need additional assistance.
