Not receiving virtual event emails

So, I'm a Rouge member with more than 1,500 points and I've never received emails from Sephora to sign up for virtual events (or any emails from Sephora whatsoever besides order updates). I would love to attend some but the registration is always closed by the time it's available on the web page. Of course my notifications are set to "on" and I do receive texts but they don't give me the events. I added sephora@shop.sephora.com to my contacts and have looked through my spam folder and didn't find anything there either. Anyone have any advice? I tried customer support and they were not helpful at all.
