Not receiving emails

I haven’t been receiving any emails from Sephora for several months. I’d love to sign up for virtual events and be on the email list, as well as regular promotional emails. They haven’t been coming into my spam/junk folder either!

Hi there! I was having this issue (not receiving any emails about upcoming promotions) back in March & at the time, it seemed like it had been corrected - but unfortunately, I don't think it was. I received a couple promotional emails at first back then, but nothing since (wasn't notified about the most recent sale that ended 12/15).

Is anyone able to further assist with this issue?
