Not receiving a refund on packages worth $330usd

I am being denied a refund or even a store credit on 2 packages that was missing. Both worth up to $330usd. This is crazy. I buy month and even weekly items for them not to be considerate and refund me on such a big loss. I am really disappointed. I will no longer be purchasing from Sephora as I use to. I am not thinking to buy straight from the brand website and not here. Please I would like a refund on my order as I want to repurchase what was lost.

@MakeupByAylinS I'll be happy to take a look.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your order numbers. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) to enable private messages on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.

I was told it’s because it’s a warehouse it’s being shipped. But that so sad that I am not able to receive items to my location so I have to send it to a warehouse for me to get my items. And because of that they don’t care to issue a refund
