Not receive egift card

I purchased egift card paid by Paypal, delivery time is 13 August 2018, nearly 10 hours passed but have not received egift card. I have contacted to Sephora cash star but no answer except automatic email

I'm sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, we do not have access to eGift Card transactions as these are managed by our eGift Card partner, Cashstar.
