Not happy

The app won’t let me sign in anymore. It tells me to use the home button option but won’t sign in. Then it tells me to enter my email and password and I still can’t sign in. It’s bad enough that I still haven’t been able to use my Rouge reward but this is ridiculous. I need something done or else I’ll just stop ordering online totally. I know this may not matter, but this is something that may keep some people from going to the stores. Fortunately I love the cast members at my SJCP or else I’d stop altogether. It makes me feel as if you don’t care about your customers.

And yes, I called the hotline, but it was completely unuseful. I was told to wait 12 hours before I used the $100 and my app was even worse. I even tried the website and redownloaded the app. Now not only can I get my products. They’re totally gone. This is

unacceptible.
