Not getting the samples I asked for

I don't know if this is the right place to address this. I didn't receive the samples I selected again in the orders I just received (keep giving me a bunch of sample perfumes & other products that I don't really use). Usually I don't like to make any comments on things like this but it becomes very frustrating in terms of how frequently this keeps happening. I noticed this happens most often for samples to products that were more expensive (for example, Lancome Adances Genifique eye cream & youth activating cream) . Honestly if Sephora is not willing to send those samples then don't make them available as options. Very disappointed!

We're sorry to hear you received the incorrect samples. Please note, substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples.
