Not getting spend credit

I made some purchases at a Sephora Inside JCPenney and didn't get my spend credit. I've called customer service twice and they told me it was fixed but it's not showing on my end.

I'm so sorry for any confusion! While we are able to add points for missing purchases, we are unable to manually adjust your year to date spend total. Please PM me if I can help with anything else.
