Not getting sephora emails

Hi,

 

Ever since I signed up for sephora (about 2 years ago) I haven't received any emails. I asked them about it in stores and they said I was, for some reason, opted out. They opted me back in (8 months ago) and I still haven't received any. I also don't receive the mailed ones. I checked spam and it's never there. I saved the address sephora@shop.sephora.com as well. What can I do to fix this?

Thank you! I have yet to receive any emails from Sephora. I'll reach back out if it changes

Hi @BrenAnd, it can take up to 10 business days from the time we refresh your email subscription for you to start receiving promotional emails. If you are still not receiving emails after this time, please reach back out and we will be happy to look into this issue in more detail for you. Thank you!
