Not awarded 500 extra points

Hi,

I made an in store purchase for $75 today and was only awarded 75 points instead of having 500 extra points.  Can someone please help me?  Thank you so much.

Generally it can take 24 hours for the bonus points to reflect in your account. If you still don't see the bonus points after that time frame, please let us know so we can further assist you. Thank you!

It has been 24 hours since I made my purchase of $75 yesterday and I still do not see the 500 extra points in my account.  On my receipt there is no indication that the cashier had added an extra 500 points to my purchase.  Can you please help me?  Thank you

Oh I see.  I was just worried because I did see an added 75 points but not the extra 500.  Thanks for the explanation @LaurieBT
