Not able to use returned item gift cards online??? Ridiculous

really not pleased! returned an item in store as I didn’t love it and was given option of getting money back on my debit or on a gift card... I opted for the gift card because I always shop here! was not informed before choosing this that I cannot use it online? there for I cannot use it to take advantage of the online sale items. very disappointed. if giving a customer an option it should be required to tell me that, I would have chose cash back if I had know. won’t do that again.

I'm sorry for the confusion! The white merchandise store card you received in store from your return is only available to use in store. You can buy our Weekly Wow deals in store if they're available!
