Not able to purchase online!

So, my bank called me and said that my bank card was being used in different states, as well as some suspicious online activity. Well, they took just 1 of my MANY Sephora orders and refunded my account. It was only $31.00 (out of the hundreds I have spent online with Sephora). It has since been given back to Sephora and STILL I am unable to order anything online! I called last week and they said that I would be order by last Wednesday, still I am not! Has anyone has this problem before?
